Have changed fuel filter twice and the truck will run fine for a week and then back to running rough again.Have removed gas tank and cleaned it out and changed filter. It ran fine for 1 and a half weeks. Then running rough again.

a lot of times the mass air flow sensor will get gunked up, especially if you live in a very dusty area. try cleaning the in on the inside. also check timing, spark plug and wires, fuel injectors, egr valve, and vacuum lines for leaks.
