Can't Install OS On SSD After Sata Replacement

First let me give you my specs. MacBook pro with 120gb+ SSD. I had to replace the SATA cable due to it shortening out. Now when I go to install the OS it immediately says it fails. I go to diskutility to try and verify the SSD but it says it failed. So I try to partition the SSD but it says it can't be because it contains encrypted partitions and because it contains CoreStorage. Can anyone help? Right now I have my OS on an external HD but that's very inconvenient.

At this point I think you'll need to try prepping the SSD externally or think about getting a new SSD given the cost I would try a new SSD.
