Washer will click, and grinding sound starts shortly after
When start button is pressed, click sound occurs for the wash cycle to start. However, a grinding sound starts shortly after the button is pressed. It sounds like the drum is trying to turn, but something is preventing that from happening. Any suggestions? (f13 code appears a couple minutes after start button is pressed)
