I cracked my phone and now I see diffrent color lines

I cracked my phone and now I see diffrent color lines on it and I can't unlock it or anything else(it's frozen I think) and I still get messages phone calls and notifications but with the lines I can't pick up the phone or respond to the txt messages does anyone now how I can fix the problem...l do I just need to get the screen replaced
