1/ If your MacBook Pro has DVD-palyer built-in: remove the bottom case, disconnect the battery using a plastic tool, remove the 2 RAM sticks.

Now press on the Power Button for 15 seconds.

Then reseat the RAM sticks, again don't use any kind of metal tool inside your laptop.

Reconnect the battery, put back the bottom cover, and try your laptop again.

Let us know if this worked.

2/ If your laptop does not have built-in DVD inside, give us the serial number and/or model number.

@littlebrr the serial number you provided is for a 2017 MacBook 12". Those models have everything soldered on the board: storage drive, RAM, WiFi board, etc. If it is beeping after a drop, it can be due to damage to the solder joints under the RAM chips for example. A good repair tech may be able to diagnose it properly. You may also need to have your board replaced, if unrepairable.

Sometimes one of the two ram slots go out after a drop. So try one ram stick in both slots (individually).
