Exactly what chip do you want to change and why?

The flash chip, the phone do not starts and the tecnician sad that it needs to change flash chip.

the only "flash chip" is the nand memory. Is that what the technician refers to? what have you tried so far? What have you checked? How was determination made that it is the "flash chip" that needs to be replaced?

I do not know how he checked, but that is what he sad, to change the nand flash.

Thanks, for so detailed and short answer. So if I understand well with this kind of problem it will be better to replace the complete motherboard.

maximdu, if you need to replace the NAND flash memory, you need to realize that the Samsung galaxy S3 uses a Samsung KMVTU000LM IC. The IC itself is widely available for ~$15.00USD, but the package of the IC is a FBGA and as such will require a reball. Unless you have access to the proper tools and the proper solder balls and stencils, this will most likely coast you more than a new phone.
