Charging a 65w battery with a 60w adapter

So, I bought a new battery for my mac installes it, but I didn´t realized that the new battery was 65w instead of the original 60w. Now the battery is not charging, is it possible that my 60w adapter can´t juice up the higher wattage of the new battery?

Btw, the green led of the magsafe is not turned on, and already done a SMC reset.

What was happening with the old battery? Do you get any light on the magsafe?
