WiFi/Bluetooth antenna problem after thermal paste replacement

I recently replaced the thermal paste on my ps4 the console works fine but my controllers seem to loose signal and not respond as should. I took the playstation back apart and realised that the antenna cable does not touch the second solder point on the metal bracket at the front off the console. Could that be the problem and is it as simple as re soldering the cable onto the second point.

Thanks Nathan

I have taken a close look at the antenna where it is soldered on and found that it does need to be soldered to both pieces. After looking at it though I'm not sure that it would be an easy thing to do since the wire part that needs to be soldered on is hard to get to...it looks like the two solder points are not supposed to touch.

I recommend just buying a working antenna from Ebay as a replacement. This should fix your problem.

I hope this helps.
