How do I fix my Galaxy S4 digitizer?

I already found the guide on how to fix it (Samsung Galaxy S4 Display Assembly Replacement). But after step 28 how do I remove the frame? The digitizer/screen I'm ordering off of ebay doesn't have the frame. The part I'm getting is here http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-White-Samsun....
