I cant turn it on when I try nothing happends

When i want to turn on the iPhone it does not work and when I put the charger on representations of the apple logo and will not start. When i remove the charger from iPhone he does not even the apple logo when I try to turn it on, nothing happens. What to do? So what is the problem?
