Replacing Housing and Glass, will Touch ID work?

Hey guys, I have a bent, shattered iPhone 5s. If I transfer the charging dock, motherboard, and old touch ID sensor into a new frame, will the touch ID still work?

I understand the ID sensor is married to the motherboard, so keeping these 3 parts original, will the Touch ID still work?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, the touch ID will work in theory. But if you have to replace the screen, you need to re-set the touch ID information such as record the fingerprint.
