Why is this tablet so bad?
I need to know why this tablet is so bad. The touchscreen is broken and has been sent away 5 times.

James O'Reilly, not sure what you mean by being so bad. If it works after you replace the touch screen but then fails later on, it's the quality of the touch screen. If it does not work with the replacements at all, I would consider the controller on the logic board at fault. After 5 times I'd definitely have some serious conversation with Acer and would opt for a replacement tablet
