Can a Piece of Nokia Lumia 720 's motherboard can be fixed?

A little piece from the motherboard of the nokia lumia 720 that is used to connect the camera and volume flex to the motherboard came off and now i am not able to connect them and therefore turn on my phone anymore, is there any way the piece can be replaced so that i do not have to buy the whole motherboard. i do not have the piece that goes there. could i buy it somewhere or do i have to take it to a professional so that they fix my motherboard? if it can be fixed...

It will require microsoldering and you will have to source the connector

I have the same problem. Local repair shops denied servicing - as they don't have the connector. Authorised service centre (Level-2) doesn't have facility and connector to do that. They will collect the phone, send to Level-3 service centre (only in Bangalore in India). Time and money (~ INR3500.00) - both required are high.

I am still left with no good solution. Help me if you have any better solution than sending to L3 service centre.
