Here's a listing of graphic cards the different iMac's support: iMac Graphic Cards. As you can see you have one of the top of the line offerings. Only the Radeon HD 6970M with 1 GB of RAM is better but not by enough to spend the effort and costs in such a swap out.
Remember the iMac systems are not cutting edge gaming machines. If you want something with better graphics I would go with a Mac Pro system, it offers much better graphics services.
