Q7 IC next to SIM-Tray missing - how to repair?

Hello,

I recently bought a "display broken" iPhone 5. Now it makes much trouble to me, because it's not only the display what's broken.

I got an "tester display" right here, with scratches etc but it's working. Tested it -> works on iPhone.

Since i got the smartphone, it was stuck in an recovery loop I can't get out of (tried different ways, no possibility to bypass)

As i disassembled the iPhone, i have seen there is a missing IC right next to the SIM-Tray. I think the old owner broke it.

Here you can see some Images, sorry it's not the best quality as my camera won't focus on that distance so I had to use my iPad.

Here is an image I found on Google, it shows "most broken ICs" at certain repairs:

The right one of the three red-marked IC's is missing, compare it with my pictures.

After a recherche I found out that this must be the Q7 chip.

It seems that Home/Power Button aren't working and the iPhone is stuck in recovery loop. If Power Button was working, it would show something to me when I pressed it - didn't. Screen first goes white when I plug it into the computer or charging plug.

So now is my question, how can I repair this?

I have no reflow Station, should I get one?

I got a solder station from Weller and soldering flux but i think for this repair I'm gonna need a reflow station.

It would be great if some professionals could share their mind with me because I really don't have an idea how to fix this without getting into more trouble.

Thank you for your help!

Greetings
