Wireless adapter is working; device connects to WLAN, but will not connect to Internet. I have 5 other devices in my shop that connect wirelessly with no problem. What could be the issue. Device connects fine when I plug in the Ethernet cable.

Hey David,
Try going into device manager and delete the device (not the driver) and reboot. That helps most of the time...if not
Go into device manager again and delete both device and driver. Then reboot while connected to an Ethernet connection....If that still does not work
You may have to go to HP's support site and download the driver there.
