blue screen on recovery mode then I get a itunes error 9

hello,

recently, i put a new screen on a iPad air, all went wel no issue what so ever,

now few weeks after i get the iPad back, i didnt do anything at all.

i got it to turn on and i saw the battery charging icon, i thought that is done,

after that i didnt boot up, it just gave me the apple icon for a few sec then the apple logo went away and the screen was on like it had the light on.

then i put it on me computer and wanted to give it a new instalment of ios restore,

when it starts to restore it turns of whit a blue screen.

please help

Hello,

finally i put on a new screen, and send it back to apple (hoping they didn’t see it was made open)

and Lucky me i got a replacement under warranty.

couldn’t figure out what was the issue so that’s kind of bad, but I got one !&&* of a happy customer.

hi,

i had the same problem with my iphone 5s.

i also replaced the screen and then this problem appeared.

what i did is restore on itunes without the screen connected or any screen at all.

the problem is probebly because the screens are aftermarket and not good quality

Options

Try putting it into recovery mode. Hold down power for 5 seconds then press and hold the home button (while still holding down power) until the Apple logo appears. Release the power button while still holding down the home button until "connect to iTunes" appears. Try restoring it then.

If that fails, there are other steps but that should get you going.

Please update if that doesn't work and good luck.
