Why does my screen keep glitching?

I bought a replacement screen for a Iphone 4 online and when i replaced it, like 2 weeks after i did it started glitching.

Why does it keep doing that?

Options

It's either a damaged screen

Loose connectors , open up and reseed them

Or static damage when replacing screen
