Screen is not showing up.

Today I dropped my iPhone 4s. When I went to pick it up the screen would not turn on, however the phone still has power as I hear it connect to a power device. Also, I can still hear the clicks on what I assume is the passcode screen, but only the bottom half of the screen seems to be responsive. I've tried all the "reset" options such as holding down the home and power button but still nothing shows up. Does anyone have an idea on how it could be fixed.

Phone still has power

Screen will not display anything, backlight does not appear to be working. Screen is as if it is turned off

Bottom half on the screen seems to be responsive to touch

Home and power button seems to be working as well
