My Samsung doesn't turn on!

My samsung always freezes and charges alone :( .

Sometimes it's like 2% then freezes then shuts down half an hour later I turn it on it's like 75% ( without charging it).

And when I have Internet it shuts down ( even if it is 100%).

If I open my gallery or use my camera it shuts down.

Sometimes if I stay on Facebook like for more than 30 min it freezes. (AND DRIVES ME INSANE) .

So one day it kept freezing and turning on alone , then it just shut down.

When I try turning it on the only thing on the screen is "Samsung" and stays like that for hours then shuts down ( like it doesn't turn on at all !! )

I thought that maybe the promblem is with the battery , so I exchanged battery's with my sister (she also has a Samsung s4 ) but even with the other battery the same thing happened , so the promblem isn't with the battery.

Do you think my phone needs software??
