won't boot after screen replacement

hi, I had 2 ipad's. one had a broken glass screen and the other one had a broken lcd. took them apart, made a working screen and now both ipad's are in a boot loop. i've tried everything i can and still no fix. what could be the problem? thanks in advance

seems like the ambilight sensor was the problem...
