iPhone 4 with the mother board problem

iphone 4 when the battery just does not turn over or reloads . I left him a whole day connected to the charger and not of no sign that this loading.

He calls only changing battery

already with another battery recharges it normally.

I can never let it go to the battery.

How can I find it?
