Why won't my device browse the internet?
My device is connected to my Wi-Fi but no pages are loading and I cannot do anything. I also can't surf the web.

First, are you sure you properly connected the device to wifi in the settings? Take a look at these steps to make sure.
If you are connected, but still can't load any web pages, you should try resetting your router.
