The battery door seems stuck, why won't it open?

Just as the question asks, my battery door is stuck. I'm not sure how to open it, as this device is relatively new to me. Could the door be jammed?

Options

The door jam is a possibility, however, a simple fix is more likely. There is an area labeled PUSH next to the RECORD button on the side of the device. Push on the four "bumps" above the PUSH text and the door should slide off to the side. If the issue persists, please consult our troubleshooting page.
