no files on the flashemory
i have in my flash memory some important word files
it show me that there is a used space but there is nothing ,i think that the virus make this ,how can i see the files

From your description, It sounds like your trying to recover deleted files. Just because they are deleted does not mean they are gone and this is why you are seeing a used space on your flash memory. A good and safe program to recover those files is Recuva...
