Display Board replacement for A1261

How do you replace the board in the back of A1261 LCD?

I see there is 8 clear yellow plastic straps that come beneath the lcd screen that attaches to the display board. Do they have any relevance on the lcd functioning? What if they become unglued or unattached? Please help me. Would appreciate any hints!Thanks!

It's not a replaceable part, it's part of the LCD panel assembly.
