magid, that is reference designator C7040 and it is a 22UF 25V 20% poly tantalum Capacitor in a D2 Case. A Panasonic 25TQC22MV will be a perfect match. You can get it from places like this. Remember that there is a reason why those parts fail and always make sure that you resolve the issues that lead to the failure first.
