Does the iCracked Ultrasonic Cleaner work?

I'm looking to purchase an ultrasonic cleaner to recover water damaged iPhones. I've seen them in the $150-$400 range. But I came across one on iCracked.com for only $45. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this ultrasonic machine or if anyone has an opinion on it. Yes, I understand the whole you get what you pay for, but I cracked is a pretty reputable products. Any feed back would be appreciated.

Do not use alcohol it is FLAMABLE. Ultrasonic cleaning and heat will produce alcohol vapors that can flash. Use Branson EC diluted and rise with 90%+ (non rubbing) alcohol. Dry boards in small oven at 200F for an hour or so.

Use sweeping ultrasonic cleaner to minimize chances of ultrasonic damage. Remember you get what you pay for in equipment. Used quality is better than new junk.

Don't put the boards in the oven, that's a really stupid idea.

I used to buy ultrasonic cleaners for our company. Does it come with built-in heating? That type are particularly good, over those that don't have it. The key thing to look for when buying an ultrasonic cleaner is not just brand or build quality or materials. You also need to check if the product is supported with spare parts availability - especially the sensors as they are near-impossible to get hold of at anything like a reasonable price. Now, the single most important thing to look for in an ultrasonic cleaner, is quite surprisingly, its size compared to the parts you are putting in there. You need to match the cavity size to the parts size EXACTLY. If you think bigger is better, you'd be wrong! The effectiveness decreases considerably to almost nothing when you have tiny objects inside a large cleaner. Most buyers do not take this into consideration & blame the product or the cleaning solution, etc.

Yes, and it can be very effective, but I would recommend using their product with an alcohol solution to help clean debris from the PCB.
