What parts do I require to fix this?

Hello,

I was wondering whether I would require a screen replacement or a hinge or some other part replacement. Screen works perfectly, however it has come out from one side.

From your pictures it looks like the hing broke. You can buy replacement hinges online. Places like ebay, newegg, laptopking and others have them in stock.
