iPhone 5 Error 9 and restarting

I have an iPhone 5 a weird problem came out i was trying to restore and update iOS,iTunes shows error 9,iPhone is restarting when is on power.iPhone doesnt have interconnect cable.This is video of restarting.Sorry for my bad English..This is a video of a problem.Thanks!
