Well sorta... You have a SSD drive not a HD.

Presently, there is no one offering a replacement SSD for your system. I would monitor Other World Computing and Transcend

Yes, its removable! Here's the steps to remove it: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013 SSD Replacement. But... Right now there is no 3rd party replacements available ;-{ I would recommend waiting and monitor the two links I posted above until they offer a replacement.
