Crashes even after factory reset
Folks,
I have a galaxy tab 3, it keeps crashing / hangs. Even after factory reset.
I did the power / up arrow / menu button pressed to reset it.
When I download a app (e.g. Jewels Star 3), it runs for a while and then freezes / crashes :-(
It will not do a software update at it is already at 4.4.2, the Samsung web site it rubbish to try and find any solution.
Any ideas?
