Options

CPU will not recognize the battery?

Laptop has a Mfr date of 2010. New battery and charger. Runs on charger so I know that the charger is OK. Have gone thru the uninstall MS ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery, scan for hardware changes, etc. The previous is from the Toshiba website. Any suggestions?
