Shutting off with charge still in phone.

Options

Have a used iPhone 4s. Problem was short-ish battery life, and then shutting off at 20-30% battery life.

Replaced with iFixit battery. And backed it up to iTunes, and did a DFU restore, and then restored the data

Problem still exists, where the phone will shut off with ~25% charge.

Any suggestions?

restored from backup. You think some app is doing it? or is the restore just taking the OS as well from the backup?
