Network problem on iPhone 5

HI,am gettin problem on my network signal!Everytime it remains on 1/2/3 bars thats all but before i could get a better network!I've already changed my sim card but on all network the problem is the same!Help please!

Are you using a type of a metal case around the phone? when the service was better was it on 3G or LTE?

No,am only using the phone,no case or bumper!Wehter on 3G/E/LTE before it was ok but now no!I even try different SIM Cards with different carrier but it remains the same!When i use the same SIM card on another iPhone 5 it is ok!
