Is this what you are looking for?

BIOS EFI firmware chip: A1466 Apple MacBook Air 13" i7 1.7GHZ early 2014.

Getting the Atmel chip alone won't help you. They will need your systems S/N to burn it.

This won't work. All core i machines speak to the PCH using a section of the BIOS called the "ME region" which is intel management engine. A new BIOS chip will have a &&^&@@ up ME region which will not speak to the PCH, you will need a BIOS programmer and a known good dump with clean ME region in order to do this successfully. So don't expect it to work out of the box just with a new chip, or a chip from an identical board. Think of it like an ssh session - if anything changes on the machine you are sshing into, your computer, having saved that computer's information, will warn you before it allows you to ssh in. Same with BIOS chip & PCH.

If it is missing the flash chip it is probably some stolen crap and I would dump it before it comes back to haunt you.
