Why my Samsung Tab 3 signal is unsable.

Hi! I wonder if anybody can help me. My Samsung Tab has problem with the signal. The signal is on and off. Other than the signal everything work fine. At first I thought because of Telcos line problem but already check with them, the line is ok.

I already tried to do factory reset but the result still the same. Would appreciate if anybody can help me. TQVM!
