Replaced iPhone 5c screen. The screen doesn't work if folded to close.

I replaced my iPhone 5c screen, and if I keep it open and have about 90degrees with the casing, the screen works fine when i press power button. But if I fold it to close the iPhone, the screen is black, and only shows backlit.

Any way I can fix this without getting another screen replacement part?

Thanks!

Hi sLee , Unfortunately this sounds like the ribbon cable itself is damaged and from my knowledge it isnt repairable unless you have proper equipment which is probably more expensive and time consuming than just ordering a new screen. You probably already checked a million times but is the lcd connector clicked in tightly?
