I did all the troubleshooting but don't know what part needs to be replaced. Either does the tech support at TomTom. Where can I send it to get fixed/diagnosed?

My device won't turn on past the logo & start-up "car photo" screen. I have done all the troubleshooting listed and contacted their tech dept. It disconnects from the MacBook as soon as the "fix" is starting and half the time says not connected. I have replaced/checked the cables, ports and tried it on a Windows computer. Still won't work. What part could need to be replaced?
