Why won't my phone turn on?

When I press the power button to my phone, it will not turn on. It acts as if the phone is dead. I can not get a the screen to light up to give me any kind of dial tone or menu option. I checked to make sure that the phone is in the base station all the way, and the wall adapter is plugged in.

I have not had this happen before so, I need some direction as to why this is happening!

What do you think the issue is?

Oh no!

It sounds like the batteries may need to be changed, luckily I have a guide that will take no time to change the batteries and get your phone working again like new!
