Touch screen does not work, but mb connector seems okay

Hi, i recently received an iPhone 4s without touch screen, i tried to test with another LCD but it still not work, i saw the mb connector but it seems to be okay, under the connector there is strange thing, seems like glue that is output from internal screw (idk how to say It)

How can i remove it? And i need a new condenser? (I hope not)

David, connector looks good. That could be some liquid damge. You do want to clean your board with some isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush and see if you can clean it up. It is possible that those components are shorted out.

If components are shorted out there is some chance of fix it?

If you know how to microsolder, or no someone who can, you can replace any shorted out components.
