Why won't my device buttons work?

The camera is turned on, but none of the buttons respond when pressed. I don't think the button connections is working properly. What do I do?

You may need to clean the buttons and the contact with a microfiber cloth. There could be dirt under the buttons, causing them to stick or malfunction. Another possibility is that the camera has been exposed to moisture and you may need to remove the battery and card, and allow the device to air dry for 24hrs. If further issues ensue, you may need to replace buttons. Refer to the following links:
