Can I replace screen this way?

I have a CDMA iPhone 4 with a cracked screen.I also have a GSM iPhone 4 with a perfect screen. Can I use the GSM screen to repair the CDMA? Or is there a way to switch the GSM to CDMA so that I can use it with Verizon? It has a customized color conversion kit on it and 16g memory whereas my CDMA is just factory white with only 8g of memory. I am locked into a contract with Verizon and am trying to explore my options with these devises.

Actually the first answer is totally incorrect and false. You can infect do that you just have to remove the bezel frame from around the glass. just heat it up a tad and take knife and cut from up to down on both sides between the frame and glass. This should slightly separate it. now just take ur nail and pry the two apart just a small amount of adhesive usually attaches the two. Then just a little of adhesive back on the frame and put it on the other one u did the same to. easy takes less than 5 minutes. SPAM removed

I knew there was a way. Thank you cracknship and oldturkey03. I was told I could also switch the mother-boards, but I am unsure if this will switch CDMA and GSM capabilities.

Options

No for both questions. CDMA and GSM on iPhone 4 are unique to each iPhone 4, no conversion possible. The screens have different mount bracket, with different screw locations. Best to get proper screen.
