I have the same issue :( but I don't know what to do? My charging port and home button stopped working so I bought a new replacement installed everything..as I seen correctly and I got the button and lighting Dock to work but now the headphone jack DOESNT work? So I'm at a lost of what to do.. :/ I read maybe a restore would help but I don't think its a software problem?

Rule out defective replacement parts first--try another dock. Just snap it in without installing it. It should work. Otherwise, start hunting for damage on the board.

its a bad charger port. I'm positive of this. something is messed up with the contacts that make contact with the hoe button. Send it to these guys they saved me!
