Why does the screen flicker on and off when unplugged?
I have a Galaxy Note IV.
The battery is around 11% and when plugged in the phone is working perfectly. However, when just running on battery power, the LCD flickers on and off and just stops giving any power to the screen. The entire phone actually seems to act weird (hard to tell as the screen shuts off) like it'll do a quick vibrate like the menu buttons are touched, etc but the screen remains off after some flickering on and off.
I then plug in the charger again (without turning off the phone), give it a second or two, hit the home button and everything works normal again.
Any ideas? Is this a bad battery? I cannot seem to find much online for this issue.
Thank you in advance!
Is this a good question?
