How to I open up the case to get to the optical drive? Then remove the dvd?

Can you give us the last four digits of your serial number so we can identify which model you have.

Hi. I'm the person with this problem. Seems my earlier reply didn't reach you. I'm using model# A1260. Let me know. One of the first set of small screws beneath the battery seems to be stripped. I still need a few suggestions or help on this. Best.... gj2
