Why doesn't my tablet's screen respond to touch?
My tablet is completely unresponsive to my touch. When I try to open an app, or navigate to the apps screen, nothing happens.

Your device could be malfunctioning. Restart the device and see if it works.
If it still does not work, you can try to replace the screen. Refer to our screen replacement guide.
