How do I replace a broken SIM card socket?

My son inserted a SIM card adapter without the card in a Galaxy S3. When I removed the tray (not realizing there was no card) the pins were sheared off. Is anyone aware of what part needs to be replaced in order to repair this? Thanks.

Hey mate, you can pick up a replacement SIM card socket assembly pretty cheaply. You are able to buy them on amazon and palaces like it;

Just make sure its the right version for your SIII. As for a guide, you can find them on youtube pretty easily.

Hope this helps you out.
