I replaced my LCD digitezer phone screen black

I just recently replaced my LCD digitizer on my iPhone 5 and bits still black it also vibrates I've tried the wake/sleep option but still don't wont work please help

Was the old broken one still functional?

If so, just reconnect that one without all the other parts on the lcd, and see if it works.

Have you tried holding home/power together for about 15 seconds to reboot the phone?

Power cycle the phone by unclipped the battery connector and pressing power button for a few seconds then reconnect.

If it still persists, then we can look at other potential problems
