1 Why my screen not turning on?
My screen is not turning on. Can you tell me what is wrong with my tablet? If I press the button, my screen does not show up.

If your tablet won't turn on this could be the result of having low charge. Plug your Munchkinz tablet in and let it charge for at least fifteen minutes. If your device does not turn on, you may need to replace the battery. If replacing the battery does not fix the device it is possible the motherboard needs to be replaced or the display screen may be broken
